This Season's Concept: An authentic mother-teenager between therapist/mom, Megan Bayles Bartley, and her twelve year old daughter, Gracie. The interview series explores trust, non-verbal communication, and honesty in relationships, particularly focusing on anxiety's impact

Our Purpose: To normalize open conversations about difficult topics, provide relatable content for both parents and teens struggling with trust issues, and offer practical insights in an accessible format

Episode Two Highlights:

Reading the Room Mom: "How can you tell when someone is uncomfortable but not saying it?" Teen: Describes non-verbal cues they notice. Closing: "Sometimes the loudest messages aren't spoken."

Mixed Messages Mom: "When have my words and body language not matched up?" Teen: Gives honest feedback about a time mom's non-verbals contradicted her words. Closing: "Alignment between words and body builds trust."

Digital Body Language Mom: "What makes you think someone is upset in a text?" Teen: Explains digital cues (periods, short responses, timing). Closing: "Even online, we're still reading each other."

The Trust Vibe Mom: "How can you feel when a room or situation isn't trustworthy?" Teen: Describes physical sensations or intuitions about unsafe environments. Closing: "Your body often knows before your mind does."
