In this thought-provoking episode, our host, Jackie Janiec, goes solo and invites listeners into an open and vulnerable discussion about coping with life's more exasperating moments a.k.a WTF moments.

This is not a bitch fest, even-though sometimes we need those. This type of WTF moments are for us to share because sharing gives them space, gives it air, puts a light on them and diminishes its power. So, you know that you're not alone and maybe they're not as overwhelming or consuming as you think.

This episode is essentially a guide on how to navigate life's "WTF" moments and more including these tips:

Find ways to engage with the community for emotional support

Try to think of feelings as neutral rather than labeling them as good or bad.

Implement physical activity into your daily routine to shift mood or energy.

Continually remind yourself of the things that bring joy to your life.

Start viewing moments of discomfort or frustration as a normal part of human experience rather than a negative state of mind.

Work on your community, building a circle of support especially during difficult phases in life.

Feel your emotions without necessarily labeling them and understand that it is a part of human experience
