What’s happening FreshU? We are learning so much this semester as we explore what it takes to change ourselves from the inside out. We are also learning what it takes to challenge ourselves and in those times, we have to do an interior reflection of ourselves and our lives from a view of the past, the present and even the future. What are you carrying from your past that may be weighing you down? What around you is keeping you in a stagnant place? What about the future is causing you not to look forward to what’s ahead? This week is all about you because there can be no FreshStart without first being a FreshU! Let’s go!
