The final episode of our 3-episode arc regarding holiday dieting. I have heard from many of you, and I am so pleased that you have done so well dieting through the holidays! Even if you didn't lose weight, or even if you gained weight, if you TRIED, that's all that counts! We now relax just a bit as we get through the last 2 weeks of this year, and we get ready for the start of the BIG DIET SEASON that starts January 1st. In this episode, I give you a few updates, and then talk about the Intermittent Fasting way-of-eating in more detail. I myself am doing an 8-hour eating window and 16 hours of fasting and I am already seeing a few results. Gear up for January 1st, it's coming soon.
