One thing about Helen, we gonna do some pouring into my guest when I can & we love when it's reciprocated. This episode is all that and more (I love when I can keep a ‘blooper’ in an episode because it fits the vibe of the episode and/or it’s genuine conversation happening). I had the pleasure of recording with Ashton and we talk teacher life. Once upon a time I wanted to be a teacher, so to sit down with a teacher who didn’t want to be one, was ironic and so fun. Ashton talked us through her process of being an intentional teacher and what it means to show up for her kids. Also sending Khalil (RIH) 🙏🏽 all the good vibes in animal heaven; this was Ashton’s class pet (really family)  and he passed suddenly last week.
