I'm trying to do this on a everyday every moment basis. I'm not speaking on anything that I'm not working on or applying in my own life. I'm not perfect so our course I don't do it right every time. This is to bring awareness and this let's me be more accountable for myself and my intentions. Now I'm speaking on positive intentions not to get it confused.
