IDM International Limited has issued a notice of meeting for an extraordinary general meeting on 24 March 2023 to approve the conditional share purchase agreement (SPA) to exchange Bezant's 27.5% shareholding in IDM Mankayan Pty Ltd for a 27.5% shareholding in IDM International, which owns 100% of IDM Mankayan. The Independent Expert's Report has been made available to shareholders and includes an Independent Technical Assessment and Valuation Report for the Mankayan Copper-Gold project in the Philippines.
