Their guest is the lovely Dr Cate, a lead practitioner and teacher responsible for teaching and learning for gifted and talented students, who chats about school life and what she’s been cooking along with her tried and tested recipes. She gives them two entries for the top 6000 dishes of all time and sets this week’s homework challenge task. Gab provides the sound in the kitchen (from the living room) and a recipe for a Caprese salad makes its way out of the cupboard into this term’s Italian inspired dishes.
