Hef (Julliard Frans) is een rapper, getekend onder het hiphoplabel Noah's Ark. Onlangs bracht hij zijn nieuwste album 'Koud' uit waarmee hij op nummer 1 in de Nederlandse hitlijst belandde. Ook speelt Hef een rol in de film 'de Libi' die afgelopen week in première is gegaan.
