Having worked in football for than 15 years, in 2021 Natalie Doyle took the plunge and set up Sport Sister, a company that supports organisations to grow women’s and girls’ participation in sport. Providing consultancy, project management and training services, as well as developing a programme to support grassroots sports clubs, Sport Sister has supported many large organisations including The FA to get more women and girls active.
