Matt and Sean then discuss some of the basic mistakes anglers make and how to learn how to put together a pattern from every catch you get, which makes you a better angler. We talk about how just knowing a good spot or the bait someone is using doesn’t guarantee that you’ll catch fish and that learning what makes a spot good or why a bait, lure, or technique works when it does is what makes you a better angler.
