Allison admitted to me now, through her big smile, that when we first met, she was young, single, in love, often anxious, and a bit stressed-out university graduate student.

In this episode of “the real deal" Allison shares about her battle with anxiety and where/when/how it entered her life. Allison is now a graduate, married, employed and is charting new territory in areas of greater liberty. She walks in greater and greater freedom and has a desire to help women have a healthy, positive body image.
