Should Black people vote? With a tumultuous history, that included denial of basic human rights. The ability to vote, to have a voice, was seen as necessary in creating change. Over the years, that idea seems to be increasingly untrue. So we ask, is voting as important or effective as we once believed? Does it benefit Black communities at all?
