This podcast is a bit different- it's not a guest interview, not even the usual format of my solo episodes.

It is about meditation - in particular Inspirational Meditation, a new meditation genre I have developed and explain.

This unique genre is not only deeply relaxing, but also inspires and invites introspection by highlighting some important aspects of our life as a human being and a soul. It is a type of light meditation designed to take the listener down just to the relaxed Alpha state of about 8-14 Hz in the mid range.

It includes an example - two meditations from my Seven Daily Meditations for Monday to Sunday album.
