Mel and I talked about the intersection of sex and death, rather than the usual phrasing of "life and death", and how these two often-taboo tools and experiences are powerful ways to empower ourselves. She shared about the idea of the body as the first temple of manifestation and also how we can hold the nuanced reality of disease and illness.
