CHANGING THE NARRATIVE:
First, describe the triggering event or situation that has caused your racing thoughts. 
Next, list out every thought you have because of this event or situation. 
Then, ask yourself, what are the consequences of having these racing thoughts?
Now, have as many discussions as possible with each thought you’ve listed above.
Finally, List out as many new thoughts as you possibly can. 
Be creative!
