RJ Felton scored a career-high 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as he led East Carolina to a 77-63 win over in-state foe Campbell on Saturday afternoon. 

After leading by 13 at halftime, the Pirates extended their advantage to 24 points in the first five minutes after the break.
