Bryce gets ready for her date with Reid, which doesn't go well. After dumping him, Bryce leaves Reid to meet up with her friends and party the night away. The night almost comes to an end, but Bryce returns home to a bloodbath in her apartment and has an encounter with a monster. Chapters 3-5 in A House of Earth and Blood.
