Patty is the owner of Patty Shea Consulting, LLC, and is a relationship specialist and process solutions savant. She has spent over 45 years assisting leaders, teams and individuals in utilities, municipalities, higher-education, financial institutions, health care, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations and other business and community non-profits in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. She has been an inspirational speaker for over 30 years. Patty has a unique humor which is simultaneously self-deprecating and profoundly self-loving. Her workshops provide a safe and effective way to have meaningful and transformative conversations using her three-step methodology of thoughts + feelings = beliefs, which she shares with readers in her book, "Your Beliefs Are The Reasons Why."
