So this episode we are joined once more by Lucy and also by Anthony Jansen who runs Greenaway, a garden organics waste service. Together we talk about what we might be able to imagine for the shire if we choose not to run with FOGO bins, but rather manage the FO (food organics) and GO (garden organics) in creative and practical ways.
