Here we are again with the Birthday Twin, Jay! Jay is one of my guests who has been on the HH podcast the most because he has always been a supporter of the HH movement, so genuinely, thank you Jay, for being such a steady and honest supporter. The beauty of having a podcast that isn’t confined to a conversation agenda will always be appreciating the fluidity of conversation. In this episode we talk ‘growing up;’ how our mindsets change as we age, as we get new information about how that impacts our decision making. We touched on so much in this episode (while having a fun time!) and Jay said it so well – “givers have to set limits because takers don’t have any” – that can apply to so many things in life as it pertains to growth.
