First thing to DO when seeking NEW members in your team: Take the time to interview the prospect to see if they satisfy the above criteria (not every one of them, but most!)

Then, ASK the prospect what is he/she looking to accomplish in their life (GOALS/VISION/PURPOSE)

Then, ALIGN the presentation of your offer with their NEEDS/WANTS!

You do not need to BORE your prospect with your long STANDARD presentation. You SHOULD know EACH part of your presentation BUT you NEED NOT share ALL of them to each prospect!!!

ANSWER your prospect’s INDIVIDUAL’s needs and tailor your presentation to THEIR needs – your degree of success will be multiplied many fold!!!
