It’s not much of a secret, there is a very straight forward system to do that!
What is it?
BE sure YOU are SUCCESSFUL on your OWN, that is:
You are your BEST customer
You share the products outrageously
You share your stories everywhere, every time you have the opportunity, every day on social media
You sponsor new people every month, and YOU spend TIME teaching and coaching them to do EXACTLY what you do
You are CONSUSTENT and GROWING in your performances
You advance rank regularly
You achieve milestones regularly
You achieve the company’s challenges
In short, you are successful
That means, you HAVE stuff to teach and share, which is ATTRACTIVE in itself to ATTRACT people to you and your business
To attract people to your business, you should be ATTRACTIVE, that is,
You should be a MODEL of success in your business and people can SEE you successful. That is what is DUPLICATION.
You could also duplicate failure, but as you can imagine, it will not last long!
Your PASSION, DRIVE, ENERGY, EFFORTS, WORK ETHICS , DISCIPLINE, ENTHUSIASM AND your defining SUCCESS are all elements that attract people to your team and your growth and ULTIMATELY their growth…and it goes on duplicating, growing the TEAM to unlimited levels in Network Marketing.
