If your NEW members make it BIG, you make it BIG!
Starting your members in the BEST way possible is the SECRET to your high flying success in Network Marketing
Things to know to get your NEW MEMBERS (NM) rock the floor in Network Marketing:
Make sure your NM understand the philosophy of being their BEST CUSTOMER!
Make sure your NM know the Company Policy (CP), and have read it through from start to finish at least 3 times, and had a special session with you to ASK questions pertaining to the CP
Involve your NM in the first demo presentations for both products and opportunity
First one, they sit down, observe and take notes – they need to give you later a summary of what they heard, felt, saw and understand
Second and third, they present some parts where they are most comfortable
The fourth one they do the full presentation under your vigilant eyes
The fifth onwards they can do by themselves, with their NM
Make sure your NM has worked on their STRATEGIC PLAN for the first 7 days, 30 days, next 3 months, 6 months and 1 year
Don’t forget to have a working meeting with them when they sign to join your business
And make sure they work according to this PLAN, turning the weekly, monthly and yearly goals into daily operational activities and reporting
Involve them in the leadership of your Business Team by giving them the opportunity to contribute by sharing their first experience – all the difficulties followed by their amazing results….
