The beginning of Series 7 and I'm on countdown to my target of 100 episodes in my first year, it's going to be a close call!
In this episode I discuss my rationale behind a podcast that focuses on my work and that by bringing different scenarios to the attention of the listener I hope that they can gain from my experiences and in turn inform and improve their own classroom practice. I'm obviously targeting an educational environment but there is no reason why the wider listening audience cannot gain from my life experiences and how I attempt to overcome everyday life and work situations that many of us experience.
I talk about how each teacher has to adapt their own behavior management strategy to their own teaching style and that while each school will have policy and guidelines the individual must develop a style that fits their own class and the pupils that they are working with.
As I have said before this podcast is starting to move more towards documentation as opposed to predetermined content and I'm happy to go with the flow while also adding in some planned content, I hope you the listener enjoy the format and would welcome your comments. You can do this by using the Podcast Audio Comments facility or by linking with me on either Twitter or Instagram I am also available on Facebook or you can email me on [email protected].
