Meanwhile, MED has terminated its Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Proventure due to unremedied breaches, pursuing legal recourse against Proventure and its directors for default payments and considering actions against Seira Capital. The arrangement fee with Mr. Ajay Saldanha related to the JV transaction has been canceled.
