Ruche is a Graphic Designer in the heart of an Entrepreneur and a community builder.

She has run a creative design unit for 10+ years now, and during that journey, she realized that entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey many times. In her hunger to learn and improve herself as a business person, she felt a need to share her learnings and experiences and learn from others; hence this motivated her to start HEN India.

She believes it is important to have awareness before wisdom - and this is the focus on HEN.
