It’s time for this season’s wrap party! Join Andrew, Matt, Thaddeus, and Rhen as they finish out this season of Holy Donors featuring Texas philanthropist Tim Scanlan. As is typical with Holy Donors’ wrap parties, our hosts share jokes and a behind the scenes look at how the group chose Tim Scanlan as one of its holy donors.
Our hosts also share their takeaways from this season. Each host highlights a few of the lessons about family, faith, and philanthropy that he learned from this journey through Tim Scanlan's life. As an extra bonus, Andrew, Rhen, and Matt emphasize the important tasks of estate planning and planned giving. Though Tim Scanlan’s lack of a will at his death turned out okay because he’d made his wishes clear to his very conscientious daughters, we may not all be so lucky if we don’t specify how our wealth should be spent in the future!
The Holy Donors podcast will be taking a summer break for the next few months. Plan to join us again in September when we’re back with interesting stories about another holy donor!
