Digital Boundaries! Have you heard of it? Do you have any? This world is even crazier than it was before and it's being recorded in real time more than ever. Which means we have access to some pretty intense media and how we choose to consume that media is important. What you choose to watch every day with endless scrolling impacts the way you think which impacts the way you show up and we know that has an impact for sure. Being mindful of the quality of your algorithm or timeline is just as important as the quality of people you allow in your life as a whole.
