Can I just say, these solo dolo episodes are a different type of recording for sure haha. I promise I am still having guests, just adjusting when I don’t. Nonetheless, in this episode I talk about life expectations from a general lens. As a woman who has some seasoning to her now, I can say one of the things about life is that expectations can get us in trouble. Especially if we aren’t clear about certain things out loud or with ourselves. Not many of us are mind-readers, and I would argue even mind readers don’t always read other people’s expectations clearly. I challenge you to understand your own expectations with yourself before having such high ones with others.
