If you decided to tackle inventory reconciliation in Phase 2, it probably means that you weren't doing it before go-live. That's all right - the important thing is that you've realized it needs to be addressed, which is great!
Putting it into place after going live might be a little tricky, but don't worry. This is more of an accounting than a system challenge. Don't stress out. That just means we'll need to figure out and solve the root of the problem first. It'll be a bit more work, but we can definitely handle it!
