Hi hello hi!! Space to Learn is back and I am so ready for it. Third year of uni is complete, which leaves more time for creative projects. So excited to share this episode with you, hope you find it to be some food for thought.

In this ep I'm chatting about whether we've gone too far on the route to being independent and discuss the idea that maybe, relying and trusting others isn't all that bad. Whilst there's so much value in having your own back, I feel sometimes we forget to appreciate that it's kinda essential to trust other people - to be dependent on them. I chat about the problem with not seeking help from others and the benefits of mutual dependency, aka interdependence. It's a bit like a debate with my inner thoughts in this one, so enjoy the chaos!!
