You're in for a treat today :) In this episode Freya and I chat at length about our Myers Briggs personality types (INTJ and ENFJ), discussing what it all means, why it's useful to us and how it can help us better understand ourselves and the people in our lives. I find personalities such a fascinating topic and I think by having an appreciation for them we become more accepting of our natural differences and more able to understand which sorts of people are compatible with our personalities.
