T.I.'s are real... Electronic harassment is real... and much of the things he's "whistleblowing" are truthful. However, none of it is actually happening to him. For example, He called other "TI's'"  cyberstalkers, government agents, etc.. With a quick youtube search... Which happened to include one of my videos.
