I’m excited to share the remastered version of SA Hip Hop Mix #123, a mix that holds a special place in my journey as a DJ. This is part of my SA Hip Hop Mix series, originally featured on The Ready D Show on Good Hope FM—a show that ran for 10 years, where I had a dedicated slot to showcase the depth of South African rap.

The idea behind this series has always been to celebrate the incredible diversity of our hip hop scene—different sounds, styles, and languages that make SA rap so unique. Mix #123 brings that to life by featuring artists like Chase Lutron, Stogie T, and the late Jaak (RIP), while embracing the full spectrum of our 11 official languages.
