A couple of days ago, during a President's Coordinating Council meeting, News 24 asked Metro mayors, Dada Morero of the City of Joburg, Cyril Xaba who leads eThekwini, Ekurhuleni's Nkosindiphile Xhakaza, Mangaung Metro’s Gregory Nthatisi and Babalwa Lobishe who is at the helm of Nelson Mandela Bay to rate themselves.
