You might not think that fear is a big problem for you, but we talk about how your old subconscious fears are running the show. How your ego disguises fear as other things such as comparison or not having enough time.

Today is about understanding that if you can identify how fear is stopping you then you can release it. It's time to dig deep and to uncover how the fear of failure, rejection, not being loved, being alone, or what others think all need to be released for you to live the life that you truly want. Releasing the fear and returning to love is always the answer.
