On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about the difference between observing and creating, because you can not do both. Your current reality is old news. It is the result of your past focus, thoughts, beliefs and emotions and the constant focus on what will create more of it. This is observing.

Today is about understanding that if you want to be a deliberate creator you can not focus on what is or what has happened. You need to find a way to stop focusing on what has happened in the past and instead shift your beliefs and expectations on what you want to create. When you do this and hold this energy your entire reality will shift to match your new vibration.
