Having a clear vision for the future, and knowing exactly where you want to go is one of the most important things you can do in your life. Where you focus your thoughts, energy and emotions becomes your vibration and that attracts your reality.

Today is all about understanding why you might be feeling stuck, like you can't get ahead, and like the past keeps repeating itself. Our brain doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's imagined and so if you want to create a radically different life you need to focus there, to activate the energy of it already being done. Visualisation is one of the best tools to do this.
