On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about being a work in progress, while also being able to lead. As leaders, as coaches, as healers, we can feel like we should have all of our shit together. Like somehow we should be perfect, enlightened beings, and not be working through the same things as our clients. I'm here to tell you that just isn't true.

You can be both a work in progress and lead others in a powerful way. On this journey of expansion and growth, it's about integrating and embodying, however, there are always many layers. The work that I do with clients is a lifelong journey, I teach processes that help you to powerfully align with your desires and clear resistance. What that means is that I still use the same processes everyday. I still have to constantly clear resistance too. I don't have it all figured out, but I can still lead, coach and share my wisdom in a powerful way. Be kind to yourself, you don't need to be perfect, but you can still be powerful.
