On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I explore how beliefs empower you or limit you. The most important thing that I want you to understand about beliefs is that you have the power to change your beliefs, and you have already changed so many in your lifetime. For example you once believed in the easter bunny, santa claus and the tooth fairy and now you don't.

Many beliefs you hold were formed in childhood, and since you no longer believe in the easter bunny, why are you holding on to other beliefs that don't serve you? What you chose to believe when you were 7 isn't relevant anymore, but it is a choice. I talk about the power of decision, and while there are lots of methods to transforming beliefs, one of the most powerful is your ability to decide. To decide to change what no longer serves you, because it was never the truth anyway.
