One of the most important practices witnessed in Jesus' life was finding rest and making time for Sabbath. Sabbath stands like a "cathedral in time;" an invitation to delight and rest powerful enough to disrupt the restlessness of our digital age and resist our constant consumerism. We must model the restfulness of Jesus, and rearrange our lives and heart architecture to join God in restful renewal.
