“I’ve got so many things to do and not enough time to do them” Have you found yourself being too busy? God calls his people to rest. To take time away from the busyness of life and to commune with Him. In this sermon, we spend time looking at what it means to rest in a world were being busy is seen as a good thing. God tells us we are to rest because He rested. If we don’t rest we are saying we are better than God Sabbath rest teaches us about God, ourselves and our purpose in the world. So this week as you finish the weekend stop and think: - Why can’t you stop? - Why can’t you ask for help? - What are you afraid of if you rest?
