We’re back today with an all new episode looking at sabbath! I don’t know about you but the last of month of the year was an absolute sprint for me. So here at the beginning of the year, I want to look at slowing down and returning to a more stable pace of life.

We’re not going to start our look at Sabbath on the seventh day, that first day God rested, but many, many years later on a day when the ancestors of our faith were faced with a choice, a life or death choice, to follow that God of rest. I hope you enjoy!
