Every 27 seconds someone in the world is diagnosed with blood cancer.

With the help of blood stem cell donations, DKMS, an international non-profit organisation dedicated to saving the lives of patients with blood cancer and blood disorders reached a milestone of 100 000 blood stem cell transplants. 

Leigh-Anne Williams chats to Monni Thabo Maleka about his diagnoses and how it has affected him financially, emotionally, and mentally. He shares more about his journey to trying to find a donor as well as how people can register to become one too.
