I'm joined by Saber Stats, who provides a great view on baseball through the lens of sabermetrics. Advanced stats can seem daunting, but they really do help us understand baseball better. The last few years has seen a huge uptick in mainstream usage of baseball sabermetrics, and they just add more context to the game. We've seen that older players no longer get paid, so rookie contracts need to be restructured allow for earlier free agency. Some teams like the Astros, A's, and Rays always seem to extract the most value out of their players. All this (and more) on today's episode!
