This episode is apart of my Chakra interview series where I interview people that I find are a positive influence for each chakra point in the body. As a holistic healer and as of recent, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, I have found that learning about and removing the blocks in each chakra point really helps to bring in all desired changes in your life as well as the obvious HEALING.

Taylor is a Holistic life coach, intuitive breathwork facilitator, and a business mentor. She has taken her experiences and made intentional choices to shift her life. We speak about how removing the blocks in each chakra helped her to channel that healing and powerful energy into the work she is doing now, creating happiness and success in her life.

I chose to interview Taylor for the Sacral Chakra because I have observed her embodiment of the very things that an aligned sacral chakra has such as pleasure, advocacy of flowing emotions, playful energy, movement in the hips and flowing of emotional and physical energy, joy, wisdom, strong relationship with self, comfortable with sexuality and desires, and high vibrational energy. The Sacral chakra is the second chakra point in our body. 

The Sacral Chakra is orange in color and represents our womb (creation of life), creativity, pleasure, joy, emotions, sexuality, and relationship to ourselves. The Sacral is also directly connected to our Root Chakra which is responsible for grounding, safety, and security. The work Taylor chose to do to heal allowed her to come home to her body, re-integrate safety and allowed her to create out of the new found stability in her life. 

We talk so much regarding her life path and how it led her to her souls purpose and truly taking the time to discover herself which makes such a positive influence to learn from.
