This episode is dedicated to Annabel Rook, who sadly did NOT survive domestic abuse.

'NOT ALL MEN' because THE WORLD DEMANDS WE RAISE OUR FUCKING VOICES ABOUT THE ATROCITIES

And with that comes a trigger warning above and beyond our usual “swearing/content” warning.

We will be discussing SA, VAWG, RAPE etc.

And it will be fucking unfiltered.

So much to unpack here, and, as you'd expect, we each do things differently. Why? Because there is only one way, and that is yours.

What is Goddess Consciousness?

Different types of devotion and worship.

Tatts keeps things simple and Kat has her Goddesses on speed dial.

Sabbats, spirals, seasons and the golden rules - Respect the Mother Earth, and don't be a dick.

Books we recommend.

Sophie Bashford - You are a Goddess

Lisa Lister - Witch

Anne Baring - The Dream of the cosmos

and anything published by Girl God books.

Can we separate the art from the artist’s toxic opinions?

Spoiler - Kat can't, Tatts can.

Harry Potter, Morrissey, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Kanye and Ed Sheeran’s potentially disastrous leg of his US tour.

Let us know where you are at with this.

It’s a hot potato.

We love Vanderpump Rules so much we might have to have a whole episode about it. When we finally get back on topic, we smash the archetypal boxes us women are put into. Which one are you ready to smash? Good girl, Witch, Bitch, Whore, Hag or being too much.

Grab a cuppa and join us for a chat.

This week we are really trying not to rant. Kat is in her luteal phase and feeling all the hormonal perimenopausal feels, so strap in for the journey.

We discuss Mabon, the up coming Equinox and an invitation to see where where life has got out of balance. We are entering the second harvest, a time to gather in what has borne fruit in our lives and release what do you need to let go of. And Tat's bring it back to big knickers. There's been a restock.

Let’s talk VULVAS… And the THE VILIFICATION OF OUR VULVA’S

In this POD we RECLAIM OUR BODIES, BLOOD and BONES and release the shame

Why have our bodies been vilified?

Why is our blood disgusting?

Why are we not taught about our vulvas?

Since it’s not likely that schools or health care system are going to change anytime soon. It’s going to have to be an inside job.

THIS IS WHY TODAY IS SO IMPORTANT - YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK

AND THEN YOU HAVE TO SPREAD THE WORK TO RID THE SHAME

EACH TIME A WOMAN STEPS INTO HER POWER OVER HERSELF, SHE CHANGES THE WORLD

We dive into our use of MAGIC in our daily lives.

We are all magical creatures and have the ability to create the change we desire in our lives.

Our discussion covers how we all do it differently - spells, rituals, oracles, herbs, dowsing – You do you Boo!!!

We both use magic in our work everyday too.

Kat's artwork is imbued with ritual and intent, and Tatts (Carolyn) energy clearing, changing the current reality for her clients working in the quantum realm where anything is possible.

Tatts does have some guidelines that she is strict on, these are:

1. Do no harm
2. Set an intention
3. Protect yourself
4. Use your words wisely – they hold the power
5. Close the space
