This week is an encore episode of a popular meditation while I am away at a seminar. “The Perfect man/woman breathes through their heels, while the ordinary man/woman breathes through their throat.” Chauang-tzu (updated with modern pronouns)
In this episode we are breathing through our heels and practicing a gentle walking meditation. Through our connection to the Earth with our heels, we bless our earth and heal her, while also healing ourselves. We recognize our inner work of aligning with and amplifying frequencies of Harmony, Beauty, Joy, Peace, Abundance and Perfection. We breathe these frequencies into our entire being, that we may be a blessing to all as we walk our sacred ordinary lives.
