Welcome back to the Sacred Self podcast! Season 2 bayybeeeeee!!! Time to fill you in with where the heck I've been and what I've been up to the past 8 months.

This week I am talking about what it means to be "Intuitive" when it comes to health and fitness and how to build a connection to your intuition. In today's world, we have become so disconnected to our intuition that most people don't trust themselves. Let's reestablish the connection to ourselves so we can live more aligned lives!
